HamzaBHM Privacy Policy

Who provides the service HamzaBHM is provided by HAMZA BAHAMMOU. For privacy questions, contact hamzabhmcontact@gmail.com. This policy covers the HamzaBHM plugin’s listing checks and CSV export, its service pages, and support correspondence.

Draft data sent to the server ChatGPT writes listing text and artwork prompts. To check listing formatting or make a CSV export, the plugin sends the needed draft fields to HamzaBHM’s server. These can include your chosen marketplace, item identifiers, title, tags, description or bullet points, and an artwork prompt if included in the export. HamzaBHM receives the fields passed in tool requests, rather than automatically receiving your entire ChatGPT conversation.

Do not put passwords, shop credentials, buyer information, or unrelated personal details in these fields. A draft may contain information you provide, such as a design phrase; review the information you share before requesting a check or export.

How draft data is used The server uses draft fields to check the plugin’s drafting rules and return results, or to create CSV output when you request export. It does not log in to marketplace accounts or publish listings. The server uses ordinary code and does not send your drafts to a paid AI model API or another AI provider.

The application processes listing content in memory. It has no database or persistent project storage, does not intentionally log request-body contents, and does not reuse draft content for advertising, sale, or AI training. It does not intentionally keep your listing content after the request is complete. The export is returned to ChatGPT. If you download it, the copy on your device is controlled by you. This does not delete the conversation or returned files from ChatGPT.

Hosting and technical information Cloudflare hosts the server and service pages and processes requests to deliver and protect them. Cloudflare may process network and security information, such as IP addresses, request times, error information, and abuse indicators, under its own policies and the service’s security settings. That information may be retained by the provider according to its applicable policies; this policy does not promise that no technical logs exist. The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information according to their policies. If you visit separate HamzaBHM pages hosted by Gumroad, that provider’s page-visit and cookie practices also apply to those visits; they are separate from the stateless listing checks.

OpenAI separately processes your ChatGPT conversation and plugin interactions under its applicable terms, settings, and privacy policy. Your conversation is not the same as HamzaBHM’s server processing. Cloud providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Support email If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to send. Support correspondence is handled through Gmail/Google to respond to questions, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, API keys, buyer records, or unrelated sensitive data. Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the request is resolved, then deleted. This support retention is separate from the server’s temporary in-memory listing processing.

Your choices and requests You can stop using the plugin and avoid submitting personal information in draft fields. You can ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hamzabhmcontact@gmail.com. Because the application does not store draft projects, it may hold no retained draft copy to delete. A request concerning a support email is handled separately. Questions about ChatGPT conversation storage or deletion should be handled through OpenAI’s account controls and privacy information.

Children HamzaBHM is a tool for creating product listing drafts. Do not submit children’s personal information. Follow the host service’s age and account requirements.

Changes We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service. The date above identifies the current published version.
