HamzaBHM Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Provider and scope HamzaBHM is an independent creative tool provided by HAMZA BAHAMMOU. It helps draft product listings and artwork prompts for print-on-demand and digital products. Its server checks listing fields against the plugin’s own versioned drafting profiles and creates CSV exports on request. No purchase or membership is required to use this plugin.

Using the service Use the plugin only with content you are authorized to submit and use. Do not include passwords, marketplace credentials, buyer information, or unrelated personal information. Do not use the service to make deceptive claims, infringe another person’s rights, or violate the host service’s policies or applicable laws.

Drafts and checks Output is a draft for your review. Formatting checks do not establish ownership, originality, trademark clearance, legal compliance, marketplace eligibility, search demand, sales performance, or acceptance by a marketplace. Some drafting rules are stricter or more specific than a marketplace’s official requirements. A passed check is not an official marketplace approval.

Review the actual product facts, rights, wording, applicable laws, and current marketplace requirements before publishing a draft. Limited IP/policy screening is not legal advice or legal clearance. No approval, ranking, earnings, or sales result is guaranteed.

Artwork prompts and CSV An artwork prompt describes a future image; the plugin does not generate or verify an image file. CSV output is a review/export format, not a guaranteed marketplace bulk-upload template. Formula-like CSV cells may be prefixed with an apostrophe to reduce accidental spreadsheet formula execution; source draft text is unchanged.

The plugin does not connect to shop accounts or publish listings. It cannot place products for sale, make purchases, process payments, or provide legal proof of rights.

Data and availability Checks and exports send the necessary draft fields to HamzaBHM’s server. Read the privacy policy for processing, hosting, and support-email information. ChatGPT and hosting-provider availability, limits, and policies can affect the service. Features and supported drafting profiles may change. Do not rely on an unavailable check or an unverified draft as proof that a listing passed.

Independent service HamzaBHM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, TeePublic, Redbubble, or OpenAI. Marketplace names identify the supported listing formats and belong to their respective owners.
